"In the hospital after 3 consecutive knee replacements on 1 knee, I was being discharged and needed home care and didn't know what to do. I was going home with a port needed to give myself injection for 6 weeks. I wasn't getting a lot of help from social services at the hospital. I called Felisha and told her my problem and she immediately interceded. She had everything set up by the time I was discharged. Visiting nurse, company to get my injection supplies from for a reasonable copay, home care nurse to help me bath and dress. And the physical therapist to come to my home. I was so grateful to her. Everything fell in place at the time arranged by her. I felt so at ease knowing Felisha did all the leg work in advance. It made my recovery worry free.
